The UnWrapper Machine mod. UA-Fast is used to automatically feed one or more seamers.

The machine automatically takes the sticks of ends from the hopper.

Suitable for any types of ends as sanitary ends, easy open ends, aerosol bottoms and domes, general line components, peel-off all in paper or plastic sticks.

In the paper operation, a knife cuts the paper bag longitudinally and it is then ejected into a collecting box.

In the plastic operation, a hot air jet heater melts the plastic film longitudinally and it is then ejected into a collecting box.

After that, the expulsion device exerts a constant pressure to push the ends to the seamer.

This system increases production capacity and provides for a perfect cut of the film on both sides of the stick, avoiding any damage to the product and allowing a constant outflow of the ends.

This machine in designed in the STAINLESS STEEL version.
